一、報告人簡介
Shakeel Kazmi教授是環境法專家，曾多次參加聯合國氣候變化大會，是巴基斯坦氣候變化部高級顧問?，F任紐約大學阿布扎比分校教授，佩斯大學大學法學院研究員，華北電力大學北京能源發展中心研究員。Shakeel教授有30余年的律師從業經歷，積累了豐富的環境法、移民法實踐經驗。Shakeel教授在氣候變化、可再生能源等領域發表了多篇論文及專著。
教育背景：
1977-1980 旁遮普大學法學院，法學學士
1993-1994 美國大學華盛頓法學院，國際商事交易，法學碩士
2007-2010 佩斯大學法學院，環境法，法學碩士
2009-2012 佩斯大學法學院 法學博士
